High Hardness 55-65HRC, Alloy Cladding Wear-Resistant Steel Pipe

Produced using advanced digitally controlled, dual-head automated welding equipment, wear-resistant alloy welding wire is bonded to the base material through a cladding process on the inner or outer wall of ordinary seamless steel pipes or seam-welded pipes. A 3-15mm thick wear-resistant alloy layer is welded onto the inner or outer wall of the steel pipe. Single pipe lengths are up to 6 meters. The hardness is between 55-65. The pipe diameter range is DN100-DN500mm, and the pipe length specification is ≤6000mm.
