High Hardness 55-65HRC, Alloy Cladding Wear-Resistant Steel Plate

Saiwei composite wear-resistant steel plate: Utilizing a fully digitally controlled automated welding system and a flat hydraulic device, the plate utilizes a multi-gun arc welding method. This advanced welding process utilizes both wire feeding and the addition of alloy powder. The welded wear-resistant plate achieves a smooth profile with uniform weld widths. Finished products range from a minimum thickness of (4+3) mm to a maximum thickness of (12+12) mm, with an annual production capacity of up to 10,000 square meters. The surface hardness of the wear-resistant steel plate is HRC 55-65. Its wear resistance is 15 times that of ordinary carbon steel plate, meeting medium and above impact strength requirements, and it offers excellent machinability and bending radius. Custom-made special-shaped pieces can also be produced according to customer specifications and drawings.
Common specifications: 3+3, 5+5, 6+4, 6+6, 8+6, 8+8, 10+6, 10+8, 10+10, 12+12, etc. (Custom sizes available upon request).
Plate width: 1.5m*3m, 1.5m*6m, 1.5m*4.5m.
The metallographic structure of Saiwei composite wear-resistant steel plate is composed of martensite + retained austenite + white Cr7C3.
Generally, to achieve good wear resistance, the Cr/C ratio should be appropriately adjusted to maintain between 5.5 and 6 to achieve the desired Cr7C3 content. This is because the wear resistance of the plate is closely related to the Cr7C3 content. The hardness of 3 is 1450 HV. The higher the content, the better the wear resistance. Of course, changes in toughness and brittleness must also be considered. Therefore, high-quality composite wear-resistant steel plates cannot be judged solely based on Rockwell hardness values; a microscopic analysis is also required, focusing on whether the wear-resistant metallographic structure is martensite or carbide.
